If I could give zero stars...This company is completely unprofessional and only for the blind that don't mind paying excessive amounts of money and not ask questions.
I called to get information on scheduling an estimate for repairing my garage door. After scheduling the visit, I asked if there was a fee to come out. The receptionist said yes, a $39 charge (she should have led with that information, but ok). I asked if they were waiving the fee as I had talked to several companies about coming out and no one was charging. At which point, I could hear a man feeding her answers in the background

The technician was thorough and very informative. Not only fixed my issues, but also provided tips on how to care for the door maintenance over its lifetime. This is the second time using the services of Premium Garage Door Repair and I’m very happy with them. My husband used their service when he banged his car to the garage door a couple of months ago, and today, I did banged into the frame and it wouldn’t close all the way down and then it wouldn’t open when I pulled it down manually. So, I called them. My car was inside and my kids needed to be picked up from school. Very quick response after leaving a message to get an estimate for garage door repair. David came out, was very friendly and professional. Gave me a very reasonable quote and then did the work right then. My garage door works way better than it did before and is much more quiet. I will definitely keep using them for service.
