I made the mistake of getting a state inspection at university tire and auto on main st, they failed it for something I could easily tell was a lie. I came to C&R and waited for my car to be inspected and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Front staff was so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend, thank you!

I had the best experience. I have really bad credit and I wanted to make sure that I was going to get approved for finance before I even came in, so I wouldn’t waste my time . They helped me the entire way to make sure that I was approved and they made sure that I didn’t need to put a ton of money down to leave with a car. Thanks C & R auto!!

These people, or maybe just Ricardo, are either dishonest or just BAD at lying. When I first met him he seemed like a super nice guy (apologized way too much but a nice guy) I applied and was approved before I even came into the dealership so I wouldn’t waste my time. Test drive the car and he told me to call the next day. So I did, I called him to negotiate terms and I guess that irritated him because he caught an attitude and got insulting. I don’t mind that, but the lies and excuses are unacceptable.
I ask if the car has a warranty, he tells me it does, sticker on car says "as is - NO warranty

They where great. They meet my wife halfway just to show her the car. We live in Louisa so that was awesome. They made it Personal and the guy that my wife was dealing with was running late do to traffic. So the other guy took care of us with all the paperwork. Most salesman will not do that. Thanks!
