Legacy South exceeded our expectations by far! We bought a new build and couldn’t have imagined a smoother experience. They were always so responsive and thorough. Not only that, but during our one year warranty, they fixed absolutely everything we requested. I love seeing the beautiful homes they continue to build and would love to work with them again in the future! Can’t recommend them more!!!

We are thankful to have found this Legacy South property (especially amidst the post-pandemic housing market craze) and that we were able to close on our first home without a hitch. Could not be more impressed with LS and their entire team, especially Max! They really take pride in the product they are delivering and have high standards. Our house turned out exactly how we imagined even better! I would highly recommend them to anyone. While there are some less than stellar reviews on here I would take those with a grain of salt as that is not what we experienced with them. Thank you to the entire legacy south team for our fantastic house!

I purchased a brand new construction from Legacy South in East Nashville. It was clear from the time that I was under contract that my unit was being rushed to being in "livable" condition before my closing date. Essentially, I was forced to move into the unit even though the construction was not complete on the unit, the development as a whole was incomplete, and the property was not ready to be lived in.
Even though I closed 2 months prior to this review, the property was still not properly set up to get wifi, so I spent over 60 days in the home without any internet connection. I work from home

I had a long review expressing various disappointments. Since then, Legacy South has reached out and seems to be making a sincere effort to correct them. So for now, I’m leaving this as a 3-star review until I see what comes of it. At that point, I’ll provide my final feedback and star rating.

Worst sales staff and builder integrity I have ever seen. We were shown a house four month to completion that we were willing to go under contract for. They pulled the plug and told us they can’t sell it anymore. The one agent/sales person there has ignored us to this day (months) and has failed to be transparent in this process. Highly disappointed in the unprofessional treatment. I would not recommend this company.

Worst builder we’ve used ever. Cuts corners, unresponsive, does sub par work and blames everyone else for their shortcomings. Ben Carter - who works for them - had to give them a 5 star review on google since they can’t get any real ones. Avoid using them or buying their properties.
