I had them come for an estimate last year on broken tiles and did not end up using them. Today I requested a quote for a roof leak and the response I received from the office was unbelievable. Because they came out last year and I did not use them they told me they are very busy and did not want to waste their time. Even though I did not use them, I still refer clients to their business. Working in real estate, I will now stop sending clients their way. I am all for supporting local business but not once you think you have gotten so big that customer service is no longer a priority. Although I did not use them because I did not have a leak, I wanted to share this. I called and set up an appointment. No one showed. Not unusual. Robert called a few days later, apologized for not getting to my house and asked if I still needed the roof looked at. I did so we set another appointment. That day, Chase arrived ten minutes early. I explained the issue and he looked at it. He told me it was not my roof but an issue with an air conditioning pipe in the attic. He took pictures of it and sent them to me. He was very professional. When the time comes I will call them again.

Paid them a lot of money and the roof still leaks. They will not warranty or answer phone any more.
There are plenty of other roofers. Avoid this one.
It is not a new leak, a picture of it is on the home inspection report from a year ago. Still same spot over dining room.
I have hired another contractor. I will not pay you to miss it again.

I thought I should post this to warn others.
Called to have leaky roof fixed, and and ended up waiting a few months for them to send two guys out to spend less than 10 minutes on the roof with nothing more than a pail of sealer.
Charged me a significant amount as if a "repair" was completed. When I voiced my concerns, he (Robert) and his lovely wife threatened to put a lien on my property.
Beware.......
