Owned and operated by Jen Carroll and Jon Carroll (father and son). We employ designers and craftsman creating a quality operation from start of design to the final punch list. We know that building a home or even worse, living with a remodel can be a very intimate experience. We hire our friends; people who we would invite into our homes.
We employ environmentally sensitive constructions practices. We recycle on job sites; advise customers of environmentally friendly building practices & products; and refuse work that is harmful to the environment. We believe in providing a safer home for you and your family, and ensuring a responsibility to protecting our environment.

Our Process is straight forward. We start with a home assessment and proceed through design and production. We also prefer to give our clients a firm price that get's them what they want for the price they can afford. When initially meeting with homeowners, we determine the details of the project and establish budgets first, prior to arranging for material selections and designs.

I have met with the owner of Green Leaf to discuss properties and construction and found him to be an excellent communicator, friendly and professional. I haven't built a project with them but I certainly would be very happy to do so based upon my own ability to communicate what I need, what areas I'm naive in, and from my careful observation so far.

Housebuild 2016 with line item mark up Plus 20% for supposed house building expertise and oversight. Move in May 2017 - 3 months late June 2017 discover I have inadequate gutters and 2 down spouts for metal roof of over 1600 sf. GL told me to make the calls. June 2017. - the first of 3 gas leaks. - GL did nothing July 26, 2017 220 v sewer pump connected to 110 v panel burns out. I peed in the woods and showered at the gym for 4.5 days. Drainage issues. GL asked me to leave the contract in May 2017 and finish remaining items with project excavator. It took me 1.5 years of installing useless drainage
