We recently had new flooring added to our home and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we received what we wanted. Everyone was professional and the floors were done in a timely fashion. We've had other installers in our home since the install and we've gotten nothing but compliments at the job that was done. I highly recommend The Flooring Center if you're looking for a change.

Visited the store looking for ceramic tile options for a small home improvement project. I never got the name of the older caucasian man name who greeted me at the door. But without even asking about the size of the job, he immediately suggested I try Home depot, which has a more affordable selection... I guess he assumed that either my job wasn't worth their time or that I couldn't afford to shop there. Either way, I will not be returning to their store.

Fantastic place to buy flooring! Their prices, customer service, and selection are incredible! We had luxury vinyl plank installed in our home and they were easily the best price around. Kamron and Lee provided great customer service, and the installation crew was professional and hard working! I highly recommend them!

We hired Kamran and his team for the second time for our new house. Several years ago they installed hardwood floor at our old town home and did a great job. We decided to use them again for both hardwood and carpet when we purchased our new home this year. Kamran is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided accurate estimate through the phone based on our budget. When he came out and did the in person quote, the price range matched exactly with what he had provided over the phone. He also went above and beyond to meet our schedule because we were also working with different contractors

Glad I didn't let that earlier review influence my decision to use the Flooring Center for a recent re-carpeting project. Based on my experiences with Kamran in his showroom and at my site, I found him to be , helpful, knowledgeable and honest. His knowledge of carpeting technology and applications were very helpful in getting to the solution we really wanted.

Kamren from the flooring center was outstanding in his service. Timely response, came to our house and arrived on time. Received the quotes quickly. The installation crew was on time, polite and efficient. They stayed until the job was complete and the wood floor on the first floor looked GREAT!! Highly recommend. When we replace our carpets upstairs the flooring center will be our choice.
