3 stars because actually getting the car unlocked happened. NOT 5 because I was quoted an 80 dollar price. 29 for showing up and 49 for doing the deed, to increase based on how many tools he/she would need and/or how difficult. Guy showed up used two bags to open the gap fished around with the rod and had it unlocked in under 3 minutes of work and charged me 120 dollars. I'll be calling a competitor if there's a next time. Hope this helps someone.

By far the most unprofessional company I've ever heard of! Called a local number to get garage door fixed and the guys showed up. No way to contact the owner or boss? The garage door did not work after they replaced 2 springs. I quickly tried to get a hold of owner and explain my situation ad they wanted $894. No answer.. Then they blocked my calls. So I tried calling from my wife's phone. They quickly blocked her number also. Very uncomfortable situation. Oregon plates, with a magnet on side of van that says Auto repair. Everyone in my house was uncomfortable. Long story short I had them remove

I purchased a chipped key for my vehicle and have been putting off getting it cut and programmed because the dealer wanted a couple hundred to do it. Advantage cut and programmed my key for under a hundred. I highly recommend!

Needed my car door lock changed guy came out didn’t finish, came back the next day still didn’t finish, took the money off my card and then Still did not have a key for my door and the door would not open. I had to climb in the passenger side to get in. He came back again and made it so the door would open but I Still don’t have a key for my car! It’s been 2 weeks now I called almost everyday to talk to a manager and they blocked my number. So I was charged almost 300 to have NO key for my car.

Complete what they were hired to do instead of not returning phone calls or informing you that the technician has quit the company and who by the way took $29.00. FYI- There is two locations here in Spokane and Portland. The dispatcher is at Portland who calls the tech . I call dispatcher and he informs me the manger/owner is not available each time. I would rate them a 0!
