Kristina, I couldn’t wait to tell you how magnificent our kitchen came out. The countertop was cut masterfully. Mike and Andrew were a wonderful team removing our old and installing our new backsplash. Mike was a perfectionist artist . Andrew was so wonderful and went the extra distance constantly, pleasantly, and thoroughly to the last detail in every task. Mike and Andrew were a great reflection of your company . All the products we bought through you were top notch and the craftsmanship was exemplary.

We are very satisfied with the job we had done on our kitchen. Kyle was extremely professional and we felt completely at ease allowing them unsupervised access to the house. They were quick to address any concerns we had and left us happy with our new kitchen. Ken was also very competent and helped immensely with rewiring the new circuits we needed to add. Lastly, I must mention Phil who was both congenial and thorough when helping us plan the project. Thanks for a job well done !

If I could choose Zero I would. Absolutely terrible. The bigger the order the worse it is. We placed a six figure order and for that you'd figure you get good service or even great service. The communication was terrible, the worst. The only good communication were the bills that came. Terrible customer service. Go to home depot or anywhere else.

Original consultation was great. Alex was super helpful getting us to the design. After purchase Alex pushed back on questions concerning design and referred me to his customer service. Cabs aren't aging well. Mostly durability issues. He also referred me to Bill Neumann, Neumann Construction. Bill was super nice upfront. Once the job was completed I could get him to come back to review issues. This was 3 years ago and I am still seeing failures on quality of work. He won't respond to my text messages. Not sure what I did but I assume this is how treats past customers.
