Horrible communication--when our workers showed up, they were unmasked in the middle of the pandemic and, despite a clear request regarding a roof leak, they refused to examine the issue or communicate with us, because (after 2 days of 40-degree weather) ice dams had melted. When I called to communicate with a supervisor, he was defensive, and unwilling to help. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We have lived in our mid-century home for thirty years and have used Ferro three times on this house and others. we always come back to them. They re not the cheapest, but always the best. WE worked with David Spaulding and he came and assessed our job and gave us a very accurate quote for a job which in the end solved a great number of problems for us on our flat roof section of ur MCM home. We booked in the fall for a spring job and they came and made sure our roof could get us through the winter. They arrived to start the job and had a full crew here for four days and then were done.
