During the design phase, we personally, as custom home builders, manage the project from concept, plans and preliminary design, through completion and final touches. Critical: Professionalism, Value
Avoid doing business with this company. They do not pay their subcontractors even with a signed contract in place and work has been completed. Has ignored all attempts of collecting balance of past due invoices, unprofessional and not a company I would do business with again.

Favian Mercado did a remodel at my business, Maribou Salon at the Palladio. I was looking for a custom design with high end finishes. The design was better than I could have imagined and the results were great. We have received so many compliments. I've seen some of his other jobs around town that were also very impressive.

I surprised my wife with an early Christmas present this year, a new cooktop and a backsplash in our kitchen that she's wanted for years. Right after she went to work, Mercado Construction came in, completed the job, and were out of the house before she got home. They couldn't have done a better job, and the look on her face was priceless! Favian is the best in the business...
