I'll give them a 3 star only because Jason came out right away to measure my 2 bathroom counter tops, laundry counter and sink counter. They were color matching one counter already installed. I purchased the Slab. I was told I need to purchase a remnant for the small bathroom counter top. I called over 6 times to do this and to get a date for the fabricator to come out and do the template. All different types of excuses. Never got any remnant nor did I get it completed with them. I ended up hiring someone else. I would never do business with them again. Wants the sale but doesn&apos

I would give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure if this company really sells countertops or they're a front for money laundering at this point. We went into their store to get a quote on a countertop job, the next week we had someone come out to measure and everything was good. The next day we were ready to purchase the counters, I called the place multiple times and every time I was told that the person who could help me wasn't there. This went on for a month. After finally being able to get ahold of the person that can actually "process a sale" for me I was then told

Well if your to busy to take my money just say so. We went on a day that they were technically closed for renovation. Don't know the women's name but she let us look around. We found a remnant slab we liked. She took our info and said someone would call us, nope. A few days go by, I call, leave my info again and still no call back. A few more days go by and I call again. Was told someone would call me back in an hour. Needless to say that didn't happen.

Went into the store pick out some stuff from the yard and the showroom floor, the man who helped me was super nice. But, when I was introduced to Diane she was very unfriendly offered not 1 ounce of help. She came to my home with that same can't be bothered attitude. She couldn't even be bothered to go to her car to get her phone to take pictures, she ask me to send them and I did. Who forgets something then is to lazy to walk to their car!? Not 1 reply not even a thx for letting us have a shot at the job or hey sorry we in the habit of turning down business and we can be bothered. So

We were quit dissatisfied with their performance. Although they did offer good cabinet quality, the satisfaction ended there. What was quoted as a 2-3 week delivery, took 6-7 weeks delaying multiple trades, including plumbers, flooring installers, and electricians. We had to call them back for issues concerning left-behind trash, incomplete chalking and design flaws. I would never use them again without having them check with the suppliers to confirm delivery dates. I addition, we were only visited once during the whole process, (on our solicitation), to double check design issues, etc. They

We selected Diana based on her knowledge of the product and the recommendation of a neighbor. We chose to go with a quartz counter top and was delighted with that choice. The demo of the existing counter top was done quickly but we found numerous chips in our recently refinished cabinets which will require some touch up (at a cost of course). We found two good sized chips in the counter top that will not be covered by the back splash and one small side that had not been mitered. I contacted Diana numerous times trying to get Ken (Southwest Tile and Stone) who did the installation to come back

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! This is the typical contractor song and dance called they said come pick out a slab I did they said they needed to see the project set a time and no show!!
Called left messages heard nothing went back and she (the owner manager) said she didn't have my info and she had employees out sick you know same old story... do yourself a favor dont waste your time because they will!

I am so impressed with Simply Slabulous in Temecula. I am remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms in stages as the projects are quite large. The pre-fab slab is fantastic. I was able to select the slabs from the selection they have in stock and they also provided me with a great installer. Diana and her whole team are incredible, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Im reviewing this place based upon my first experience coming here and not on the product. The sales woman who helped us was knowledgable and helpful, she answered all my questions and explained certain concerns I had about different types of material. They have a small but neat space. One thing I couldn't understand is when I asked her about a certain material or if I looked at something she would tell me how expensive it was, everything was about price and not the quality or value. It's funny how she judged me by thinking it was to expensive for me, yeah that killed the sale for

Simply Slabulous is the best! They have the best designers for those in need of a kitchen or bath remodel. The cool thing about them is that they can offer the complete package when it comes to prefab countertops, design, and installation. Their design team is excellent at working with you and making sure that you get the look you are going for.
