I have been using omni as my exclusive oil supplier for about 6 years now. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and being new to Harwinton and new to oil at the time, i figured i would try them out. I was so glad i did and i have never had an issue. The owner steve is a great man and he goes above and beyond to help his customers out. I also used him this summer to replace my old oil tank and couldn't be happier with the results!

I've been with Omni for a few months. After calling a bunch of places to check out prices, my conversation with Melanie, I went with them on a gut reaction. Recently, there was a misunderstanding on a bill. After talking with Steve, he helped me get out of my tight situation and taught me things about heating pumps! I appreciate the assistance!

I became a customer of Omni Energy by accident and what a happy accident it was! Excellent service, ALWAYS great pricing without having to even ask or haggle, and I can even text in an order or an emergency! Hands down one of the most responsive and well run small companies I have ever come across. HIGHLY recommend using them for your energy needs.

I've dealt with Omni Energy on multiple occasions in the past with good results, this time not so much . I do have to say that Jessica does a great job and have no complaints about her.
I contact Jessica about an order for fuel and was told that the delivery would happen January 1st , I was happy as other suppliers would not deliver until the 2nd or 3rd of January.
January 1st comes and goes and I didn't think I would have to go check my tank to see if the delivery happened, because like I mentioned I never had a issue with their deliveries.
January 2nd I had heat when I left for work

I thought for sure Omni had accidentally put my oil in my neighbors tank because my gauge said my tank was empty after my delivery. Jessica from Omni was very sweet and got right on it. In the end, turns out my… gauge was broken. 🙄😝 I'm always grateful to interact with kind fair people, and combined with the cheapest prices around I couldn't recommend Omni enough!! Thanks guys!

OmniEnergy is one of the best oil companies, for customer service and price. They send you text reminders to check your tank based on your last fill and have the lowest prices around. I ran out of oil recently and they rerouted their truck that same day to accommodate my needs, as well as gave me a great price. Can't ask for a better oil company!!

I found them on cashheatingoil.com a place where you can find the prices of different oil companies, but you don't know names, just prices and policies. One of many that I tried, but their customer service was much better and they have very quick delivery. While they do not price lock with contracts, they do price match and you can have them set you up with automatic deliveries. A win/win as far as I'm concerned. I know I'll always get the best price, not run out of oil, and know and trust the company that delivers it. Thanks!

I called this oil company out of urgency. It was last winter during below freezing temperatures that we ran out of oil. I called this company after frozen pipes were repaired. I needed oil fast. I was unable to find a company to deliver oil. The rep that I spoke to was knowledgable and pleasant. I was not. I had a cold home, crying children and frozen pipes. They fit us in that evening. I was unable to get assistance from companies I used for the last 15 years. This company cares for the customers they service. They cared about my children's (dis) comfort. I will always choose Omni

Omni oil is the best oil company out there the very lovely lady that works in the office is sweet an understanding I knew nothing about oil heat they walked me threw it even when my questions were crazy they still answered me with respect i would refer them to everybody i know or dont know great job omni oil thats how you keep people like me coming back
