I called regarding a pest problem, and Ryan was quick to respond, came same day. He always offers additional services he feels would be beneficial, but is never pushy. Ryan's work is high quality. I had a pest-door custom built and the crawlspace cleaned and new vapor barrier installed, good value, great work. monthly service is reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend Bayview Pest Control.

Ryan was amazing! I’ve had rats in my house for quite some time and have tried everything including other pest control services but all without success. I was at the end of my rope and just figured living in an older home with rats was my lot. I found Ryan when I googled pest control and he had great reviews but I was still skeptical. I shouldn’t have doubted, he was so accommodating and professional and gave a wealth of information. He also used tricks and psychology and simple old fashioned traps and I loved how he understood how rats think and behave. It takes a few weeks so don’t expect

Ryan was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He contacted us right away to something up and got out here quick. He knew exactly what to do, and how to prevent future pests. I figured we would be living with a dead mouse in the walls, but he found the darn thing super fast and helped troubleshoot and get us set up to prevent more unwelcome critters. I am so thankful that we found him!

Great experience, very professional and thorough in determining infestation routes and eliminating them as well as letting me know of other pest problems that are covered under the very affordable maintenance plan. Overall I’m thrilled to know mice will no longer be crawling around in my cupboards and beds. Deliriously happy to hear the squirrels chirping off at me from the trees around my property instead of the party they were having under my house.

I cannot say enough good things about Bayview pest control! I had a rodent infestation and BPC responded quickly and had my issue fixed in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me some great tips on how to make sure these pests don’t come back again. He really went the extra mile and I appreciated that. Great company with even better service. They treat you like family. I will be hiring them again in the fall for a lady bug problem.

Ryan showed up not only on Saturday, but on Halloween for an emergency wasp nest inside an apartment. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and preformed above desired expectations. We were very fortunate that an exterminator of this magnitude was willing to treat our property after such short notice.
Thank you Ryan for your professionalism and punctuality. We hope that we never have an issue such as this at any of our properties again. But if we do? We will surely be calling Bayview Pest Control First!!
