The BEST! Ellie answered my call and was so friendly and easy to work with. I scheduled an estimate for a Thursday, they called on Monday and asked if they could move the estimate up to Tuesday, which worked out great. Temis arrived on time and was no nonsense, which I really appreciate. The quote was less than what I expected based on friends and neighbors experiences AND they were able to schedule just 48 hours later!

Temis showed up quickly the same day about 30 minutes after my initial call. I was surprised because I had called about 10 companies and heard back from just a few to make appointments later in the week for just an estimate. I had five 20 ft Paperbark trees that had very invasive roots to be removed. We negotiated a fair price and Hernan showed up with his 3 man crew about an hour later. In about two hours, they had all five trees cut down. Another huge crew with about 8 guys showed up a few hours later to cut out and remove the stumps and roots. The Supreme Tree Team did a very good job -- Hernan, Luis, and Jose and all others were great. We have a 1/2 acre of Olives, Palms, and many other trees as well as substantial bushes. They did fantastic work getting them ready for the Santa Ana wind and looking beautiful. We have them back at least once a year to maintain the value of our property.

I have 6 olive trees all needing some professional care and attention and am very happy with how they now look. My regular gardener nor I could ever achieve this look, plus these trees are a big investment for my property that I will only allow a licensed arborist to work on them. I called and asked to setup an appt for an estimate. I chose a time they offered a week later- on a Thursday. I planned to get home from work early to receive them. I get an auto msg saying that my appt is confirmed for Friday. With no time given either. I call and ask what happened to my appt? They said they are booked on Thursday. I said, yes, I was one of those bookings. They then said they would come Friday. Didn’t happen. They called and said it will have to be Monday morning from 8a to 930a. They didn’t show up. No call. Nothing. I called them and said to cancel the whole thing.

Very prompt and professional from quote through to end of project. I had 2 very large trees near our house that needed to be removed. I called. Estimator came by same day. Next day a crew of 6 showed up, dressed in uniforms, and wearing masks! They were prepared and brought 3 trucks: one for wood chipper, one to reach tops of large trees and one to hold the tree cuttings for disposal. Their employees had a hierarchy from those doing heavy lifting, to arborists, to supervisor and to "Patron" - very efficient and effective. They showed respect for one another. Hernan and his crew came out to my place in poway today. They did an awesome job on trimming and keeping my 40 year old orange and olive tree looking happy and healthy. His crew rocks. They went a step above what they where asked to do by pulling weeds and getting rid of leaves that where on my patio and trimming shrubs they weren't paid to do. I arranged to have an estimator come out to give me an estimate. I had previously had my trees trimmed for $500 from this company. Several years later the price had increased go $700, even though I did mention that the service had been completed previously for $500. I told them I would think about it. Hernan, Luis, and Jose were AMAZING! Our backyard was full of overgrown trees. We had to have 6 trees removed and 4 huge palm trees trimmed back (that hadn't been touched in over 15+ years). I received a confirmation email yesterday at 9:05am for the free estimate friday, may 15 - 3:00 pm from supreme tree experts
by 3:30pm no one arrived.
i had previously submitted an email with pics for the "ballpark estimate". no response to that request; yes i did check the spam folder.
i called, talked to the receptionist, i was told that there was "a scheduling change".

NO SHOW. Cancelled first appointment because of rain. Rescheduled for a Saturday with a 2 hour window. I had to completely reschedule my day but if it meant getting a quote, so be it.
Keep in mind this was for one 80ft palm tree. All they needed to do was park the car and look up as was done with another company. So stayed home all day. Appointment was set for 12 - 2. By 2:30 called the office. Was told would call appraiser to see what time he was showing. I could no longer wait. Wasted my day. Customer service is everything to me. They should have called me with an updated time. DO NOT USE!!

They were happy to take my 10% deposit and schedule the service. I stayed home from work to meet them and let them know what we wanted. No one showed up. I double checked the contract we signed for the date and time, and I had it right. I emailed them and got no response for several days, at which point they offered no explanation and accused me of having a "communication error." We rescheduled and I again stayed home from work. It's now an hour after they were supposed to be here and no one is answering their phone. I've missed two days of work and paid $160 to be stood up twice. I've never experienced

I had the team from Supreme Tree Experts price out removal of two Queen Palms about 20 feet tall. They worked with me on the cost of a couple of possible ways to remove the trees from a 20 x 4‘ stone planter.
From estimate to clean up everyone on the team was polite, considerate, and professional. The job was completed in time they had estimated. They were able to remove down to the root-growth and raked up every last seed from the grass, washed down the planter and surrounding concrete.
