So far, so good. Classes are the best part so far, and I would encourage anyone interested in signing with them to take advantage of these. They are free and you will learn a lot. You will also get to meet their consultants and some of their partners/suppliers in the process.
We are still in the design phase so only time will tell how our experience will be. 4 months in, I'm learning that this is definitely a lot of effort AND you have to stay on top of your consultants/designer. My wife and I are career corporate IT consultants and had zero experience building anything of substance but after attending a seminar hosted by Charlie decided we would give this owner builder concept a go. The architect listened to our concepts and after a couple of iterations came up with our 4800+ sq ft blueprints for FREE!

My husband and I are both in sales, work 50+ hour weeks and have two small children. If we can follow this program, anyone can. Highly recommend for someone who wants to save money, design their own home, learn the construction process and manage it yourself.
We broke ground in July 2020 and moved in on June 4th 2021. Bryson was always just a phone call or text away if we had issues with anything and always reassured us on items when we were unsure.
Would recommend getting references from previous homeowners during the process to ensure you are choosing the subcontractors that best fit your needs

Overall fantastic experience. The Built Green process was the gateway that enabled us to build the retirement home of our dreams, feature laden, below budget and on schedule. If your looking to buy or built the free classes on home construction are a must. We attended the classes and built our forever home with the assistance of BGCH’s Home Designer, Interior Designer and Consultant. The process was well established, easy to follow, construction estimate was on target, and Consultant assisted us through each phase. Being involved in the total process from lot preparation, selection of subcontractors and scheduling completion gave us a real satisfaction and understanding of everything in our home.
