Soft, modern minimalism meets natural warmth in this inviting waterfront condominium. Tasked with renovating a property damaged by Hurricane Irma, designer Lyndsey Davis Nicklas, the driving force behind L Design Studio, seized the opportunity to transform a 3,5000-square-foot condominium into a contemporary yet warm and welcoming space for entertaining.
Lyndsey and Julie were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job in a challenging space. What the team created from a condo needing updating is truly a jewel to be proud of. The space is fresh, flowing and no doubt exceeds the needs and goals of their client. Our company was happy to be included to transform a dull painted lanai wall into a carved concrete "driftwood" plank wall.
