Furnace went out over the weekend. Called Ike's first thing Monday morning. The receptionist who answered the phone was very understanding and enjoyable to work with. The service tech came out a couple hours later. Even though they were working on limited sleep as many furnaces were having issues with the -25 degrees below temperature, they were very nice to talk to and work with. The did great work, provided answers to all my questions and left things much cleaner than how it was when they got here. I would recommend Ike's to everyone.

Our heater stopped working Friday morning. A call to Ikes Friday after business hours yielded a fast response and even better they had the part in stock needed for the repair. He came out as promised with the right part, replaced it in 20 minutes, fired it up, and works as it should. He spent another 20 minutes looking it over to make sure all was well. Fast response, fixed the first time, and fair price for an emergency call out. I will use Ikes again for any other issues and maintenance. Thanks for the great job!

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday evening. I called all over and Ike was the only one who called right back and came out to Walker, got everything working pretty quickly. He had all the parts he needed and obviously knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I'd recommend Ike to anyone 100%

Ike's has given us amazing service on our furnace, air conditioner, and a gas fireplace. In an emergency, he rushes right out. He always knows exactly what the problem is, and fixes it quickly. He's a great guy, and his staff is very nice, and very committed to doing things right. Of particular note is our gas fireplace. It was installed and serviced by another company. For 14 years that company couldn't get our fireplace to work right. They'd clean it all up, adjust the gas, and by the very next day we'd already start to see soot all over the glass and the burners would begin to fail. For the

When our heater decided to die in the dead of winter we couldn't get in contact with any other heating company. Ike's answered our call immediately and was at our house within the hour on a Sunday. He ordered a new heater and installed it next day. I can't say enough about how honest, kind and quick this business was with us and our animals. Ike is very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions along the way, and made us feel comfortable in a very cold situation. I wouldn't call anyone else for my heating issues.

Turned Away! Called today looking for a millivolt thermostat that most gas inserts use. The woman who answered the phone insisted she needed to know the manufacturer and model and then suggested I call someone else as they were busy. This is one of the main problems of getting service in the Park Rapids area. They only want to work so hard and not a bit more. I may wind up buying a newer insert but this business will not get the chance.

The wife was in today 11/17/16 to see about getting work done to our fireplace. She was told if she didn't buy it from them they will not service them. I find this is extremely rude for any type of business. I guess we'll have to find another business that will install a geothermal system that will have a friendly service .
