I called Green Earth with concerns about termites. They asked me questions and set up an appointment to do an inspection. At the inspection they were exceptionally thorough. They answered all my questions and set up a date to treat the issues. They were prompt, sent reminder texts, did a thorough and very professional job and it was a very taxing job. I felt badly at how much work this entailed. The cost was less than what they quoted me and it took the better part of the day to complete. Rick and Bernie have provided pest control at my workplace for several years so I trusted them with my home

Owner did a good job. He hired someone who burned a potion of our grass. We have it on camera. Owner was belligerent when we called him and denied any responsibility. We did not discuss the camera because he was extremely nasty and abusive on the phone. We ended our service with him and to this day this nut sends us emails with infected links. Law enforcement hope you are reading this since it violates cyber laws.

I have a small 1100 sq ft condo. I called green earth pest control to come out and spray for fleas. After coming out 2 times and spraying around the edges of my place after a month I still have fleas. I called to discuss my unhappy customer service and was greeted with a rude lady saying they did what they could. I set up appointments late in the day. After my wife gets off of work. No call but a card on my door saying they missed her. I am calling another pest control company to rid me Of my fleas. Very unsatisfactory work. Very rude phone manner. I do not recommend this company unless you want
