Services
Curt Markus and Howard Thompson partnered in 1976 to design and build custom homes in Eugene. Back in the 70s energy conservation was a concern, much like it is today. Curt and Howard's designs were among the first in the area to incorporate passive solar design and high insulation values. In addition to being energy efficient, our homes took advantage of natural lighting and craftsman style woodwork to create an atmosphere of warmth and beauty.

We also have stock plans you can choose or, have us modify one to meet your special needs. We had a great experience working with this company several years back. They built a back-yard entertaining space that included stained concrete, a craftsman style pergola, and electrical work to add some lights. They were willing to discuss a variety of ideas to work within our budget and took care of all the permitting. They stayed on schedule, on budget, were very professional, and worked well with other contractors that we had hired to do the landscaping/fire-pit. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
