I had thought that Scott was great and had used him for years. I had also given him referrals. The most recent time I hired him was in July 2021. During that visit he took an area rug of ours for a more thorough cleaning. It was supposed to be returned in 2 weeks. It is now November and I have left numerous messages and texts. I have even tried to contact him through associates. I thought he might be ill because I couldn't understand how he would be so unresponsive, but I was recently told by his associate that he had been having phone problems so he is alive and well. I have since tried calling

Just recently had my carpets and grout done. Carpets came out beautifully but I can’t rave enough about the grout in the kitchen. I scrub those tiles on my hands and knees 3-5 times a year and it comes no where near what Scott was able to do. I’m so happy we had it done. Highly recommend!

Scott was super professional. He did a great job. My carpet is extremely old, I rent and my dog has ad a few accidents and I’ve spilled a few things and Scott was able to get all the stains out. The carpets look and smell really clean.

They picked up my area rug in July 2018, yes 2018, for cleaning and repair, and it still has not been returned to me!! Have called a couple times previously and was told oh we are getting to it. I called yesterday no call back yet. Finally got the rug and it looks nice
