Our furnace is old, admittedly. When it stopped suddenly I cringed knowing that any tech I called would want to pressure us into a new system. I am so thrilled I found HVAC Medic. Their attitude was if it was fixable they will fix it. I could not be happier with the service Jerry and Joey provided today. Called on Monday and was able to get an early appointment next day. Given a 1 hour window with text alert upon arrival, nice to know! Arrived with mask and resolved issue within an hour. Both techs were friendly and approachable, we definitely will call back should we need our mini split serviced again.

Our A/C went out on Sat night of Labor Day weekend when it got up to 100 degrees in our area. After I tried 5 companies from Angie’s List with no response, a friend recommended I try HVAC Medic. We have a medically vulnerable person in my household, and it was already up to 90 degrees inside on Sunday, so we couldn’t just wait until Tues. for the repair. I called and Jerry told me he’d get someone out on Sunday. His team was busy with calls, so he ended up taking the time to come out himself. Earlier this year, I had three hvac units replaced at my house. The air conditioners worked fine during the summer but when it got cold and the heaters were turned on, two of the units kept shutting off. The original installer tried but was not able to fix the problems. I just wanted to speak with an expert and find out what I should do. Although Jerry is 150 miles away and most likely will never get any business from me, he spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining what the problem might be and what needed to be done. It is too bad that I don't live near San Diego. Thanks Jerry.

I called Jerry to tell him my 90 year old in-laws furnace wouldn't start and I needed someone as soon as possible. He had Joey at my in-laws house in a couple of hours and he resolved the problem. I highly recommend HVAC Medic. They followed all the Covid-19 protocols- standards of safety , and they did a thorough job of solving my immediate problem as well as reviewing all areas of my AC unit. As parts had to be ordered, they were able to maintain the AC unit in a section of the house to keep us cool. We so appreciate this as we were right in the middle of the recent heat wave.

My AC died yesterday - I called and HVAC medic was out first thing the next morning.
Joey troubleshot and repaired my AC unit; he was super friendly and did a great job explaining quite a bit about what I should be doing and look for in maintaining my system; thanks for getting me up and running so quickly!

Awesome Customer Service. Arrived on time, and ready to tackle my AC issue. We needed to move our AC unit to make way for a new jacuzzi on our patio. At the end of the day, Jerry and Joe handled this issue, and also touched up somethings that other AC companies did not due. Their pricing is awesome in comparison to other AC companies that I got quotes from. If you are not using HVAC Medic, your wasting time and money.

Fantastic service!! Called Anderson Heating and Air to come out and repair an issue I had with my A/C and heating unit not connecting with my thermostat and was told they couldn’t have a tach come out for at least 3 days. I called HVAC immediately afterward and Jerry (I believe his name was) answered the phone instantly and told me he could have his tech out in the next 15 MINUTES. We used this service three times in a span of 3 weeks and I can't recommend them more! Our old AC unit was over 35 years old, which they repaired twice before it completely conked out. They gave us a quote for a new unit and had it installed within a week.
Alex and his team are incredibly respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Alex communicated with us throughout the entire repair and installation process and made my fiance and I feel really included in the process and gave us more understanding about what to expect with our AC unit in the future.

It's upsetting to have to update my review, since my first visit a year ago was so amazing. I recently reached out to have HVAC Medic come out and investigate my A/C System after it started just blowing hot air. Jerry is a superstar he not only installed our unit in 2012 he has continued to be the only company who has provided consistent and honest service even when others can't.
We recently had our AC stop functioning, Jerry was booked for 24 hours so wasn't immediately available and because we were in a time crunch I had to try another technician... I instantly regretted this decision.... The tech diagnosed a failed blower, and either through willful deceit or ignorance didn't check the factory warranty. I had a whole house system replacement, including furnace, cooling coil and fan, and they knocked it out in a single day. Our Home has two AC Units and we needed them to be checked and have any repairs or a tuneup going into the hot season.
We saw an ad that another company was willing to discount both units for $79 each before any repairs. Unfortunately we didn't ask enough questions because when they came out they said it was going to be $79 for each AC unit and each furnace. At over $300 to just look at them we canceled the service quickly.
HVAC Medic was then highly recommended by a an experienced Construction Supplier Rep.

My wife and I found Jerry and the guys at HVAC Medic several years ago. We have had our Forced Air Heater and our Air Conditioner both replaced and updated. We have a newborn baby and heard this weekend was going to get past 100 degrees. I decided to try the air conditioner and it wouldnt turn on. Of course everyone out there suddenly needs an air conditioner and everywhere is booked solid through the weekend.
