After completing a pre-sale home inspection, we found out we needed our roof repaired and knee-wall supports put in place. We had a tight timeline... Completed an exterior home painting project. Being fairly long distance from Ace Services (1-1/2 hour drive), worked out the details with George via email. Picking the right time to paint, Ace was very accommodating to our schedule. Once the crew, Jorge & Tony, arrived, essentially job site unseen, they quickly scoped out the magnitude of the project and hit the ground running. Of all things, a robin decided to build a nest underneath the upper deck structure, and of course in the way of painting. The crew took the situation serious and carefully moved the nest and replaced it when feasible. The

Ace Services were vary prompt with my request for service on my wind damaged roof in November 2019. Not only did they fix the problem but they found other potential problems with my aging roof. I just needed to last till spring when I planed to have the entire roof redone. The work for spring was pushed back to June 2020 do to covid restrictions. Mark and Romeo did a great job repairing my roof. They showed up to provide an estimate the same morning that I called, and they had it all repaired by early afternoon. I appreciate the quick service especially since I wanted to get it repaired asap as rain was in the forecast. I did not want any more water damage to my bathroom ceiling! Ace Services did an amazing job with my new 2nd Story deck. I met with several other contractors and they were clearly the company I wanted to work with. They were the only ones that suggested a permit was needed and advised that I poured all new footers. My old deck was wobbly, no lag screws, and supported by three posts.They listened to everything that I wanted and were not afraid to give me their professional opinion.
