When it comes to exterior painting in the Hollister area weather and seasonal factors become more of an issue than they would for interior painting jobs. Arturo's Painting came out and gave us an estimate on our home. They were very knowledgeable and pointed out areas that needed extra prep and care , which the other painters didn't even mention. After we received our bid, we looked over everything and noticed that each area was explained in detail. Arturo's was a bit more than some of the other bids we received, but we decided to go with him, because we felt he was the most knowledgeable and the bid was very thorough. Received my estimate 13 days after my appt. They wanted $9,500 cash to paint my house and said garage doors and front door would be extra.
I contacted 4 other companies on top of this one to get bids and received their estimates within 24-48 hours after my appt, not 2 weeks like this one. Honestly I thought they forgot about me.
All the other bids were $4,600-$6,500, some took cash, some took cards. Hollister Paint is charging $6,500 ish to patch, power wash, paint the house, garage doors, all doors, power wash and paint my tile roof AND takes credit cards.
This estimate was almost $4,000 more

Art is a very reputable person and the quality of his work is amazing. He has painted the exterior of two homes for us and multiple rooms in multiple homes that we own. He properly preps the job site and uses nothing but quality product. His workmanship is maticulous. He's not a quick in/out fly by night contractor. He takes pride in his work.

I checked online for quote, got a prompt response. Arturo came out for a visual on-site inspection, was punctual, and gave a solid quote. I didn't even need to shop for another painter!
Once a solid srart date was made, job was started and completed on time with OUTSTANDING QUALITY.

Arturo's painting did my house several years ago in Morgan Hill and his painters stole about $2000 worth of small electronics from my son's room. We talked to Arturo the owner and he promised he would pay us back. After several attempts we realized he had no intention of paying us back. Good painting but be prepared to have stuff stolen from your house. Where is my money Arturo?
