Cascade Construction Services was established in 2009 and we specialize in residential remodel and repair. Dave transformed our failing island home deck into a beautiful new outdoor space that I won't have to worry about for years (we went from wood to synthetic). The operation was turnkey - Dave's team managed from start (material ordering/barging to island) to finish (including cleanup).
Dave worked with me on reducing costs where appropriate. His team did all the work on reinforcing the existing framing to go from a wood to synthetic design. Overall we are extremely pleased with the result and would happily use Dave again.
