We live in a zero lot line neighborhood. Our adjacent neighbor asked for a weeks notice before the technician came onto her property. They were unable to give us more than a weeks notice so we could notify her before they came. Even spoke with the owner. He said he'd get back to me but never did. So we had to find another service who could accommodate our needs.

We have had Bug Authority for year as now for our general pest control, but had not used them for termites. Gary and his team are great, and Colton was first-rate in carefully measuring then explaining the full plan they would use in converting our new house from bait-stations to the superior Termidor treatment system. Very pleased.

We originally hired this company for the termite inspection and were then offered a yearly membership for ongoing pest and bug control. They have yet to do a thorough job and we’ve had to call them back multiple times after they’ve “sprayed” or “de-webbed” because they’ve missed an area or have forgotten to do something. It’s always a different person and they’re in and out in about five minutes each time. I’m not sure what we’re going for given I could also purchase a spray and do that myself.
