My garage door would not open automatically and would only lift 18" off the floor. Joshua was the assigned technician. He was polite, on-time, and answered my questions. It turned out that someone must have bumped the sensors causing the door not to open automatically. Joshua provided recommendations and options for future maintenance. I ended up only paying for the diagnosis. Fair pricing, good service. I also liked how I received the name of the technician in advance, and the technicians outerwear and truck identified the company name.

The technician showed up at the beginning of the window of time we were given (that is always a plus). The text we received saying he was on his way was great.
He was fast, friendly and did not try to sell us anything like many places try to do. We were charged the amount we were quoted, no bait and switch!

They installed a new super quiet jack drive wall mounted opener, removed and hauled away my old opener.
A bit more pricy than other companies I called. They got me on the schedule the next day and did a great install, so it was worth the extra cost. (FYI they currently have a discount on Yelp also)
Nate was very nice and informative when I called to inquire about their service. The tech, Josh, that did my install was on time, pleasant and did a great job. He didn't try to up-sell any work on my garage door either.
Would differently use them again.

Wow! My garage door spring broke. I called Johnson at 12:30. They said "We will have somebody out between 2 and 4pm." My door bell rang at 2:01 pm. Even with climbing over cars the serviceman was done in a little over an hour! Was still covered under the warranty even after 7 years.. Did a great job, and was fast and courteous!

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open to let us out! I was about to call LiftMaster service since that's the make of my door opener, but after looking at reviews for the 'local guys' I went with Johnson.
So glad I did! Josh came out right on time, even called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He assessed the problem right away, had all the equipment to fix it in his van, completed the work so quickly and expertly, and also tuned up the other garage door when asked.

Our experience with Johnson's Garage Doors was excellent from start to finish. Nate and Rick are wonderful. We were able to make a next day appointment, they showed up on time and were courteous though out the whole process. Their installation and maintenance was spot-on and quick. We had them order an additional part and it was installed next day. Their pricing is excellent. They are absolutely a company we would recommend for any repairs, maintenance or replacing of garage doors.

Johnson Garage was awesome to work with. They made an appointment for 2 days out and showed up on time. I expected to replace the opener but the Johnson technician said all I needed was a little maintenance on the chain and he reconnected a loose wire. Then he lubricated the joints on the door and helped me connect my keypad. He easily could have replaced the motor and/or chain but instead he did only what was necessary and explained what was needed and why. I got all of this for less than $50. I am recommending Johnson to anyone who needs garage door work.

We have had several service calls with Johnson Garage doors. The service is exceptional! They actually answer their phones! If I have to leave a message they return calls quickly! They offer same day and after hours service too. Nate has always done our service but recently his employee Joshua came out for a broken wire. Joshua gave me the same great service as the owner, I was truly impressed! My parents had their garage doors done with Nate for their new built home. Great prices, great service! We highly recommend Johnson Garage Doors!

This company was great, actually a life saver. We had been screwed over by another garage door company (Overhead Garage Door)that was to install our new garage door on Thursday but didn't show up, didn't call me, when I called them they gave me a bunch of excuses and tried to push my install out to Monday. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening & we reached out to Johnson Garage Doors. They were extremely friendly & offered to come out that night. We could wait until the next day so Nate came out right on time. Door spring was replaced quickly & at a reasonable price. Nate went above & beyond to attach the opening arm in the correct place so that we wouldn't have anymore opening issues. I would highly recommend Johnson Garage Doors!

My garage door broke on Saturday around 6 pm. I called and they came out by 8:30 that same day. Nate was great. He was knowledgable and friendly to my son, always a bonus when that happens. Found this company on Angie's List. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Was able to set up an appointment for the following week.
They came out and were able to figure out why my garage door wasn't working properly in about 2 minutes. The doors adjustment settings had gotten screwed up so he fixed those, tightened the chain and greased the door hinges.
I used an Angie's List deal so it was only $45 bucks for the tune up and fix. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional, and I would use them again in the future.
