Very good price plus excellent quality of the job done for our kitchen reface last month. We just could not have had our kitchen done the way we wanted it without them. We hired Idel Design for our kitchen reface remodeling after we had interviewed as many as 10 companies. Henry sold his company to new owners, Edward and Denise. The owners of this company do not know how to run a business. There service is terrible. Edward said they that even with Covid we would have our cabinets done in 8 weeks. We were still calling them to install after waiting patiently for 14 weeks. When I called her Denise would tell me the workers would be here the next day but they never showed up. When we asked the workers why they didn't come they said Denise sent them to another job. To make matters worse Denise wanted to get paid while the cabinets were not even finished. The total time

Stay away! Send one guy to work half a day M-F on a big kitchen cabinet reface. Now a month into the project and no completion line in sight. My kitchen has been unusable for a month, my dining room, living room and all flooring is dusty beyond recognition.

Just had my countertops replaced. The work was completed today.. the demo was one week ago.
The process was smooth and I'm am very happy with the crew that did the work. They were quick, cleaned as they went along and very good at what they did.
The install was also quick, different crew but worked the same, they pay attention to detail, also cleaned as they went along. Finish in about four hours and I'm HAPPY!!!!

My wife and I got a great deal on a fixer upper here in SD. Our first project was to renovate the cabinets, as termites had done a number on them. The guys from IDEL came highly suggested and they did not disappoint. A reasonable quote and quick turnaround times. No last-minute changes, no squeaky upsells. Great work.
