Quality Fence & Outdoor

Communication sucks. They were suppose to replace my fence after Hurricane Nicholas blew it down. They gave me a quote I was happy with and I agreed to let them replace my fence. Never heard anything for a couple weeks. I had to text Mike several times to see when they were going to do it. All of the other houses in my neighborhood were having… theirs replaced pretty quick. After weeks of waiting and sending texts with empty promises and also the very last house with their fence still down, I contacted United Fences. They came and gave me a quote on a Monday and had the fence replaced that

Went with this company because they promised the best quality and work. They supposedly have a 2 year warranty on the work. They were the most expensive of all the quotes ( by far) I had to replace my fence. It was not a complicated job, cedar wood fence at 6 foot with a rot board. When they "finished" the job they had several pickets were over an inch higher at places, and the (one )gate I have didn't close properly . The quality control person was able to fix the fence but the crew had to come back and fix the fence were it was off. My inspection found that they didn't nail all the pickets down

I asked Mike to come do my gate that was attached to a fence between my and my neighbors house that he had just done( my gate was not included in the original quote that my neighbors had got) and he said no problem. I was told multiple both in person, by phone and by message that he would contract the gas company to come mark my line and they never came. Eventually mike just stopped responding to me completely. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend his services to anyone.

I gave my buddy this number as a recommendation since he did a good job on my fence years ago. He called back my buddy once then he never heard from him again. So I will not recommend him again.

Quality Fence & Outdoors surpassed all expectations. Mike and Crew very prompt, professional and quality work.
Removed old fence and installed new fence (74 ft) all in 5 hours. Beat all Fence contractors I've contacted in price by far. I would recommend anyone in League City, Dickinson, Texas City area to give Quality Fence & Outdoor a call for any Fence & Outdoor needs. I will be using them again and again

Mike is thee best at the fence thing. He had a crew on the job and replacing my fence ONE day after hiring him and Quality Fence to replace my entire back fence following a strong-gusting thunderstorm. ..and a full 4 days before the 3 neighbors next to me managed to get brand "X" to do theirs. One of those neighbors benefitted from Mikes personal extra effort to protect him by placing a temporary fence around his pool,..despite not being hired to do that fence. He's just that kind of guy.. and deserves to be rewarded for that kind of thankless integrity. Call Mike.. he really IS, THAT good. -Dan

OMG!!!!! I just have to share!!! I was very cautious about finding someone to do our fence. I was recommended this company from a friend. They said I wouldn't be sorry. What a understatement!!!!!! I didn't know… a fence could change the whole look of our yard!!!! Not only is this company top quality but the workers went an extra mile to clean up everything when leaving and had the most perfectional working skills!!!
