Was referred to Nassau Roofers from various folks on a neighborhood app and was not disappointed in their service. From scheduling a virtual estimate all the way to the actual repair, Megan and her colleagues were courteous, professional and reputable. The price for the repair was fair in comparison to some other quotes received and the job was done adequately. Do note from the pictures included that they do more than just the roof, i.e. the aluminum metal fascia.

Used them on a recommendation from a family member and they were excellent as advertised. Prompt, professional and had everything done exactly as expected. Had to get a new roof thanks to a tropical storm and they gave me a date for material delivery and a date for installation and they were here with a small army of employees banging out the entire install in less than 1 day. My experience with them was amazing from beginning to end! Reasonable quote, fast job start and CLEAN! Very thorough job. I love my roof! They have a special guy on their team named Ephraim. We had some areas in our ceiling from previous leaks and he came back at a reasonable cost to fix those areas in our ceiling! How amazing is that?! Those areas look brand new! I can't say enough about this company. Megan is great and responsive. A lot of times these projects can be a nightmare but they made this process into a dream!

Our sunroof started leaking, in our new house, when we had snow and Nassau Roofers saved the day! They were super responsive and knowledgeable -- very quick to identify the area and problem. They came the next morning to fix the leak and we haven't had a problem since. They are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Right from the 1st phone call (Recommended by several friends) I had a good feeling about them. Megan was as nice and professional as anybody I've ever spoken to in the phone. Bryan came by just a couple of days later and gave us a detailed estimate.......that we agreed was fair !!

We had a leak last Saturday night with the terrible rain. I left a message late Saturday night expecting a call back on Monday morning. I received a call back first thing Sunday morning. I told her what occurred and where the leak was. Monday afternoon two men from the company checked out the roof and told me what the problem was and gave me an… estimate. Finally got around to an update. Lazy me. Anyway, they did an amazing job. About a 2000 sq ft roof was ripped out, new plywood where needed, roof paper stuff, new tiles, and 4 sky lights all done in one day. They came with 13 or 14 workers. Price is definitely reasonable as I had compared this to 2 other roofing companies. It's been 4 months and no leaks at all. Bryan and Joe came over this morning,10/14/15, because I had called the previous day asking about the roofing tiles abutting the top of my skylites. I was concerned about water pooling above the skylites. They climbed the roof, took pictures and re-inspected all their work from the previous Friday. Everything was proper. They did notice one of the down spout straps was not nailed into the siding and made immediate repairs. Wonderful service.

Very rude people, came to price out a skylight and gave us an estimate that part was fine. However the owner of the company reneged and said if don't do the roof too they won't give us the skylight price they quoted us. We never asked them to do the roof, it was never mentioned EVER. We even got a phone call from "Brian" saying they would do it the skylight before we were going to choose them. When my wife called the female owner was very rude and combative, she would not honor the quote from her own company. This company then tried to sell me things i did not ask for nor need
