Green earth solutions has been a fantastic company over our last 2 years of service. They are courteous and professional, but most importantly punctual, which is so rare in today’s times. We tried some of the big name companies prior to discovering a locally owned company and would never consider returning. If you need lawn treatment I would highly recommend GES

I prepaid for a year's service with Green Earth Solutions and am attaching pics of what my front yard looks like after the year; it's in much worse condition than when I began the service. They spot treat weeds that they see while missing the majority of the weeds. I would walk the yard with the technician and point out areas that needed treating; I shouldn't have to do that. Their solution to any dead areas (that result from their lack of adequate treatment) is for me to resod. I'm paying for the service and shouldn't be having the dead areas. Would give less than one star if applicable. Absolutely disrespectful. Told me I was "Stupid", to "Please Stop Breeding" and that I'm a "loser". Even if you don't like a person applying for your position, none of this is necessary. The Work they do is Immaculate, don't get me wrong. They are A1 in lawn care. But the CEO "Todd Wolfe" needs some character adjustment.

When trying to hire someone... professionalism is key, Not only from the person seeking employment, but also from the employer/owner of a company. An interview was made, then canceled, then a few texts were sent to stay in contact, then, "Todd Wolf", the owner, texted him saying that in his experience, a new born baby on the way will take him away from the job.... (Even though for the dawn of time, men have worked after a baby was born)
He told Todd that he and his girlfriend were prepared for whatever was needed

Green Earth Solutions -- Stay Away. There are good businesses and bad ones. Most try even if things go wrong. I have used Green Earth Solutions for the past 2 years now. I can tell you that I started with some weeds in my yard, but by the time they finished, I had to pay for a ton of new sod and treat it myself. The yard was in bad shape. When my wife would call, the owner would tell her that she was wrong and it wasn't in that bad of shape.
The owner has been rude and condescending to my wife. For some reason, he always feels the need to talk to me, since I guess he doesn't think women can handle

When our lawn was completely full of weeds after a year of service, they told me they would come out after we mowed. Then I started getting harassing text messages telling me they won't come out until I pay $118. They failed to meet our expectations in a year. Dee Dee, the customer service rep. threatened to put a lien on our house... for $118... and then emailed me this threat:
"Perhaps you feel like you are somehow unique and we've never experienced anyone like you in our 23 years of business working with thousands of clients?

I would highly recommend that you think twice before signing a service agreement with Green Earth Solutions. Speaking from experience, they don't do a good job of controlling insects/weeds and the fertilizing of your lawn. When you get sick and tired of basically paying for nothing and want to cancel they attempt to bully and pencil whip you into staying with them. If you still want to cancel they hit your card for the full yearly agreement cost when your suppose to be billed as the services are completed. For your own sake, I would recommend choosing a different lawn/pest control company

We have been using Green Earth Solutions for years and have had great results. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job of preventing issues in my lawn. Customer service has also been good and they are very responsive if I ever request a service call. Best of all, they're earth friendly and work like master gardeners rather than those spray n go services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

This company ruined my lawn,, after I paid them a year in advance they used chemicals and killed it in many areas. They intimidated me,, yelled, actually screamed and called me names and a liar. They indicated they knew a sod guy, just to buy time, but now 4 months later, I'm told they had no intention of repairing my lawn that they killed. . I was told "they did exactly what they intended to do" I even said I would pay half but no!!!
Now they "fired" me! Cancelled my contract,, have never come back and they owe me at least for the 4 months remaining on the contract! I

AVOID! Switched to them after some neighbors had some success with. I've never had so many problems with my yard before, even BugOut did a better job. We have a small front yard too! With GES I had to constantly call or email, never once did I with my previous company. My guess is they aren't putting enough down and are definitely not monitoring enough. Owner just went off on me over the phone blaming the weather. Ah, don't be in the lawn business in Florida if you can't handle the weather sir. Photos are from July 2019 and then today. They were GREAT, for a while. They cleared up the weed problem in our back yard and our lawn looked great. But when a brown spot developed in our front yard, they couldn't figure out what happened. They even suggested that my lawn mower must have spilled gas on the spot. Or that I didn't water that spot (even though the spot was growing larger and larger, and yes, we did water). When I asked them to re-sod that spot, they "fired" us. They are a great company if you don't have any problems with your lawn!

When a company fails to call when they say they will so I can meet with them and their supposed estimate never appears either on the door or in the mailbox, it's a safe bet they'll probably not show up to do the work or do it correctly. When you call to complain about both of the above problems and the response is "you should probably go elsewhere" then, I agree. So, my suggestion to everyone reading this is that you "GO ELSEWHERE!"

Joe from GES was great. We had fleas, and it was horrible. We called 8 or 10 exterminators before I finally found Joe. Not only was he at least $100 less than anyone else I called, he also made time to stop by that day to check out the situation. He treated it right away.
Our hardwood floors our old (like 19th century old) and have huge gaps between them. The fleas were living under there, so the treatment didn't take the first time.
