This is one store that I won't be spending any money at. Website, sign on the door said they are open until 7pm. Hubby and I wanted to check out their sofas and recliners. We got there at 6:30pm ... doors were locked. A sales lady came out and said that they were closed. I said that the sign said 7 and it wasn't 7. She said that they get everyone out of the store at 6:30 so they can close by 7 ... huh? Saleslady was not polite ... rude in fact. Telling my friends not to bother with this place!

We have been here 2 times. The first time we were looking for countertops which the salesman said they had. He texted the manager who was not in and he confirmed. We waited came back and was told they havent sold countertops in years. As someone who has worked in retail stores selling furniture and other items this place marks up their prices very high and the sales people try to make it seem like its a good deal. You can find almost anything they sell at a lower price probably down the street.

RACIST!! My seven-year-old daughter and I went here yesterday at 6:32 PM after reading their posted hours online that they closed at 7:00 PM. When we got to the store the doors were locked we tried all of them and we could see people inside the store looking out at us. I eventually went back to my car and tried to call the business but they would… not answer. And then I started writing a yelp review while sitting in the parking lot it was at this time that I noticed a Caucasian man come out of the store indicating they were still open. And then a woman drove up parked next to us got out

Horribly made furniture, we purchased a couch, love seat, and chair all recliners. In less than 1yr we lost a spring so our couch cushion sags, the other recliner creaks every time you use it. Tried to take the couch back in twice & they keep saying there's nothing wrong even though the sag in the couch is VERY noticeable. Paying $3k+ on a living room set you would think it would at least last a few years but less than a year... horrible!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a bedrooms set. Came here and Joe was super friendly. He helped us get a good deal on the set we bought. They were able to deliver it the next day but we had to wait a few days due to work schedules. When it was delivered, the guys put it together so fast. I think it took a total of 20 minutes to bring the bed set up stairs and to put it together. Only thing is, the warehouse forgot my box spring but it’s okay, they will deliver it later today. I would highly recommend this place.

The furniture is decent and the delivery guys were very fast, which was great. The sales lady made me feel a little uncomfortable and pressured, but she was nice. The overall complaint I have is about their over priced furniture. I paid $1,400 for a dining room set and I found the EXACT same table at another store for $800. I’ll definitely never shop here again as I would rather spend less money for the same exact furniture. $600 is a huge difference that I would rather have spent on other furniture instead of feeling like I’ve just thrown it away.

I came in and was greeted and was able to browse before being asked if there was anything I wanted. I was taken care of and provided all the information I needed with full disclosure on Acima (You actually have to agree to their terms which gives you ample opportunity to see the policies). I had my purchased scheduled but had it ready early so they called to see if I wanted it sooner. They showed up in the timeframe agreed to and delivered my order in the colors I asked for. No damages to any of my items.
Will be doing future transactions though this establishment.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP. WHEN MY FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED EVERY PIECE OF IT WAS DAMAGED. THE COUCH, SWIVEL CHAIR AND OTTOMAN. MANAGER TOLD ME MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO HAVE IT REPLACED WITH LIKE KIND OR PAY A 30% RESTOCKING FEE!!! I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT! I WANT MY FURNITURE REMOVED FROM MY HOUSE AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I WAS LIED TO MY JOE HE TOLD ME THIS FURNITURE WAS TOP OF THE LINE. IT IS NOT.
