Don't get cheated by the insurance company, let us go to bat for you and get what your owed! Renovations and installation require paperwork and permits. As certified contractors, we know what papers need to be filed and what permits need to be obtained. John went ABOVE and BEYOND for our house. You see Halloween last year we had a few pipes bust and we had a massive flood which caused our ceiling in our dining room and kitchen to collapse. Which in turn our air ducts filled up with water because they were in our concrete slab. Our insurance offered a ridiculously small amount for the repairs. I started to call contractors and all of them kept saying that we could probably just contract everything out ourselves. I called John, he came out and assessed damage asked what type of air ducts we had, and we told him

John has be wonderful to work with! Our first meeting was almost three hours long and we never felt rushed. He answered every question we had and showed us exactly what we could expect in terms of quality of work. Energy efficiency and building quality are incredibly important for John and that was evident in his work. Of builders that we met with, John was the only one to literally take us up in an attic and show us how energy efficient a home can be.
He was very informative, breaking down the entire process to help ensure we were aware of our options and what to expect. Overall great experience

This is a great company to work with, they built our dream home for us, from the ground up. We were able to bring John Fowler custom home plans and he built us the home of our dreams. John is amazing to work with! My husband was deployed throughout the whole process of our build, so John was there for me when I needed help making the hard decisions. He builds his homes to the upmost detail, and with his expertise he is able to identify when something is done wrong and he fixes it! Very pleased with the work Ok Innovative did on building our home. This was our first experience building a house and while it was stressful at times, I believe if you have a great builder that works with you it can make it a lot less stressful. I highly recommend OK Innovative Construction, John will not disappoint.
