Rude, condescending customer facing experience. Not willing to offer help to potential customer asking for advice, all the while shaming customer for not having knowledge about tiles. Shocked about positive feedbacks here. Maybe a bad day, but live with fact that one lousy attitude towards customer will lead to perpetuated bad feedback.

This place is an amazing destination for carefully curated old and new world tile. Kursat was welcoming and expert at guiding us while allowing our personal taste and design to only be enhanced not changed or challenged. Her friendly manner and her efficiency make her an asset to Country Floors. Rachel’s service makes me a repeat customer, and a store that I would definitely recommend to friends.

I had been searching for some special tiles to put around a chimney and after spending months looking at websites, architectural salvage shops and tile stores without finding what I wanted I remembered Country Floors and stopped by to take a look. The shop is very nicely laid out with a wonderful selection of tiles displayed on the walls and floor so that one can really see what they would look like. I'm an Interior Designer and have worked with Country Floors in the past, but most recently worked with Fred on a client's project. He was such an asset to me and is incredibly resourceful, knowledgable, prompt, communicative and responsive, and so professional. He made everything SO easy for us and was so accommodating. I took my client to Country Floors before we went to any other tile retailers, and she said it set the bar for her, as everywhere we went (just as a matter of due diligence and checking boxes) paled in comparison. Selection is comprehensive but not overwhelming.

This place is a dream. I haven't found anywhere else in LA that has the selection that they do. And service is top top notch. The person helping me (Dave) was helpful and patient and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase or make a decision.

Just know that most everything they carry is special order, so will take time to receive. Because it's so unique and awesome, it's also pretty expensive. If you aren't a baller, you could still go in for inspiration. Just know that it will ruin you for all other tile and salespeople.

Great selection but more importably ask for Rachel, she's was patient, insightful and altogether awesome with my order. Whereas other competitors in the neighborhood (really talking about the 'mean girls' at Artistic) wouldn't give me the time of day with a small order, Rachel gave me her full attention and was on top of everything.
