HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY
We had a large amount of work done for windows and doors. We need some things fixed and it's next to impossible to have Joe call us back to get the work done.
When we did speak to Joe he yelled at us for calling to get our windows fixed and said he didn't care we spent over 10k in products. He was very rude and unprofessional and refuses to schedule fix the windows he installed and didn't keep records of what he promised to get fixed.. Its disappointing to have paid so much money and then to be yelled at when we call to get our windows fixed under warranty, the

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS to avoid headaches. Hired them to do our windows. Really no complaints so we hired them for other jobs. Siding was not bad but the metal roof was a disaster. Every job is sub contracted out. When we called to complain we were lied to time after time. Roofers damage things. They did a lousy job of sealing and when we would call -our calls were ignored or Joe would act stupid and ask us for our address. Really you were only here 8 or 9 times. Complaints are too numerous to list. This so called company wasted enough of our time.

I accepted K-Bee's offer/deal for putting vinyl siding over my stucco. Owner seemed knowledgeable about how it all needed to be done. I asked him if he had his own crew, I didn't want to deal with "storm chaser's" a family member had a bad experience with a business who used them. He said he had his own crew and they were good. Their website claims they have "Expert Installers" Well soon after contract was signed, problems already started with getting the "workers" to show up. I made several arrangements to my schedule to have them get started

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. We ordered two door and two storm doors. We paid a premium for what we got. I believe what we were told and the quality of what we actually got was different. But after reviewing the contract we didn't have enough detail.
Some of our frustration came from the contractor leaving on 2:30 pm on a Friday, requiring them to come back a different day. The following time they were able to finish within 2.5 hours. If they would have just finished that day it wouldn't have required us to stay home an additional day. Then also they had to come back multiple

We had our windows, siding, soffitts, gutters, downspouts, fascia everything but the roof done at the beginning of June 2020 and we are very satisfied. The crew that worked on replacing our siding and all that goes with that went above and beyond what they were required to do. If I had question they answered it honestly. They took it upon themselves to do something for us that was not required and did a spectacular job at that (thanks Andrew).
We had a couple defects in our patio glass on the door and the whole door was replaced.

We replaced all of the windows in our home. After a sales pitch that required a "right now amazing deal" situation, we decided to go with them. The salesperson measured, and then another person came to measure, to "make sure the windows are the right size." Great! However, EVERY WINDOW IS TOO SMALL. The installers put these windows in, and then went and bought unstained wooden "trim" to fill the gaps around the windows and told us we could stain it later to match the real trim. Um, what??? As if that is not bad enough, on one of the windows, the top window will not

We are still waiting for the job to be finished. We ordered storm windows for our house and sliding door. While the sliding door installation was perfect the installation of the storm windows is horrible. The windows were not measured correctly. We have screws protruding through the wood inside the window frame which can be seen from the inside of the house. We we told that they don't have the time to talk to us obut it.

I needed my house resided, and after getting a handful of bids, I chose to hire K. Bee Windows & Siding. Joe was very professional and polite, and the work was very high quality at a fair price. I would honestly recommend others to have K. Bee do their siding work. I went from having one of the ugliest exteriors on my block, to one of the nicest.

Our house was built in 1953. The original windows were leaking air like a sieve. We decided to replace all of the windows. We got several estimates; and decided on K Bee. They sent out a technician named Rick. He was a dynamo of a worker. In three days the job was done. Didn't disturb any of the trim and did a great job. We now have triple pane argon filled windows. Many neighbors have complimented our new windows. A couple have called K Bee to get estimates. The new windows really improved the look of our house. They also gave us a lifetime warranty that can be passed on to anyone

I had leakage from day one of a glass roof that K-Bee subcontracted to Ellerman Glass. Five years of phone calls have yielded excuses that don't pan out and avoided conversations and phone calls, and no follow-through. Definitely a salesman who doesn't care if the customer is happy or if a roof does what a roof should do. I called again recently because one of the windows has a seal leak which is covered under warrantee. He is avoiding calling me back again. In the meantime my sunroom furniture, etc. is being ruined and soggy rot is setting in. The glass has also cracked on two panels making me
