I recently had the blower motor go out on my HVAC system and contacted Victory immediately. I was able to have someone come on site and inspect not only the motor itself, but my duct work, AC unit, and was educated on why my blower motor went out (original homebuilder installed incorrectly per installation manual). I was walked through what it would take to have a repair or replacement of my system.
I chose to replace my system and have everything done correctly. I was given a quote with multiple options for furnaces, AC units, and accessories. I was able to pick exactly what I wanted, and was

Everyone at Victory Heating & Cooling have been amazing and friendly starting from the owner to the staff within the office to the installers. Everyone is professional, kind and give great customer service.
We had a furnace, central air and thermostat installed. The owner, Brad, first came and gave a quote. We never felt any pressure he was so kind to answer all our questions and explained everything thoroughly and encouraged us to ask further questions in the future without hesitation.

I have been in the Construction field for 16 years and have met all of the trades on all different spectrums. I called Victory for an HVAC job that was backwards and they heeded the call. These guys, not only showed up when they said they would, they didn’t stop until the job was finished properly. The job took them into an extra day and they took it with full force, offering education along the way. I couldn’t say enough good things about these guys. Contractors would have a better name if they were all like the guys that work for Victory.
