This company’s customer service was so bad that I will be getting a fence from another company no matter the price. Martin is the one who came to my house and gave me a written quote and said he would call me the next day to schedule me in. He never called the next day, so I called him and left a voicemail. He never returned my call. So I called again the next day and he finally answered and said he forgot that he was supposed to call, he said he was waiting for me to call (which I did, twice...). Then he tells me that the quote he gave me (which is in writing and says that it is good for 1 month

Martin is super rude. Qouted us for a fence in writing and then didn't come out the day we scheduled to build it. When called regarding the job, he increased the price even though he gave us the original qoute in writing. Martin was super rude and hanged up on us. Afterwards he just ignored our calls. We called a different Barrios number and his supervisor got him to call us back. Martin then said that he will do it for the original price he qouted us but he won't be able to do it until over a month, which was an obvious lie in an attempt to have us not book him. Do not do work with Barrios Fencing
