Talked to the owner last week, after another company fell through...
This morning they were here first thing, on time, 3 people on the job, top notch equipment, asked how I wanted the job done, very precise work on the branches and trees, executed what they promised, polite, respectful, in a good mood and smiling!!! It makes a difference...spoke the language and were in and out in 40 mins total, for trimming 3 trees!
Ready with all the paperwork.

Nick and his team showed up 15 minutes early on the day of the job which was great. I walked him through the job to agree on everything before starting. He confirmed everything as previously agreed and started work right away. His team had all the required equipment to get the job done right. They completed on scheduled, cleaned up everything, and confirmed that I was happy. I would recommend this company to others. I found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Although they did come out on the agreed date and performed part of the proposed job, the stump grinder broke so they said they would return after it was fixed. There was some difficulty in determining when they would return to complete the work resulting in waiting for two days for them to show. Then they came when no one was home, ground the stump, but left probably several hundred pounds of wood debris in the center of the yard. The company's response was that the mound would eventually level and then my father could resod. MY father is on a fixed budget and had no intention to resod and the

Countywide Tree Services was great to work with and a very lovely lady. She came to my home very promptly to quote me based on my requirements and was able to complete the work the following day. Her pricing was very reasonable compared to another quote that i received and i will definitely use her company again. Her crew were very friendly and did a great job in my yard which included trimming back several palm trees, a 40 foot Pecan tree and some hedges. They cleaned up and put in a good days work, thank you !!
