WORST equipment movers of all time! If you value your equipment do not use TRANSMOTION. Yes, I made the mistake and hired TRANSMOTION to move my $10,000 Power Plate Pro and now it does not work.
They sent another team out to check it (2 guys) and one of the guys was on the original team of 2 people who claimed they never had the machine apart despite one of my business partners watching them disassemble it.
They will not call me back;
They claim to be working on it yet nothing ever gets set up;
They try and wear you down and hope you will go away with your complaint;
They workers lie to avoid

Terrible experience with Transmotion.
They rescheduled our pool delivery multiple times and we've been lied about the reasons. They guaranteed it will come next day and then kept on changing the date and noone wanted to take responsibility for what we have been guaranteed before. Not professional at all. Will not recommend and will never use again.

This is the second time I used transmotion
First time they delivered a new treadmill for my new in-home gym. They did an outstanding job. A few months later, when it came time to prep my floor for new flooring, I didn't realize the concrete under the carpet was cracked. (My house is about 60 years old). I called them again to move the treadmill out of the room so the concrete could be raised. Again, they did an outstanding job, being very respectful of my newly painted walls, woodwork, new ceiling fan, etc. and of the wood flooring in the room to which they temporarily moved it. I'm very picky

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I'm not even sure where to start with this company. Just please, do yourself a favor and do not use them. They don't answer phone calls, have canceled my appointment twice, and have had my package for over 2 weeks sitting with them. Don't do this to yourself.

Transmotion delivered furniture we ordered and while the delivery guys were backing their truck into our driveway, they crashed into our lamp post and damaged it. They then proceeded to deliver the furniture without informing us that they damaged our property and gladly accepted our tip and left. When we discovered the damage, we were able to see that they damaged the lamp post and knew they did so from video from our outside cameras.

Called, left two unreturned messages. Requested a quote online, which I accepted within two hours and provided all requested information (addresses, etc). Didn’t get word back for >2 biz days, at which point the quoted delivery window was unavailable. Aligned a new date and missed that window too bc no one got back in touch With me for payment info. Pandemic business must be good to allow prospective customers begging for your service to go unaddressed and uninvoiced.

I have used Transmotion staff 2 x in the last 3 weeks to install home health / exercise equipment--big complicated, heavy. Two different teams have both been professional, respectful, courteous, thoughtful and TOTALLY customer focused--such a relief to find happy people doing great work at the end of 2020~!! I dont expect much in this bleak world, but after my experience here i now have a glimmer of hope for mankind. These people are without a doubt the most kind and hardworking people I have had the pleasure of working with. The delivery men were professional and punctual, and the kind lady on the phone at their establishment was so helpful and sweet. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
