Having worked in the foundation repair industry for years prior to opening SCS, Bruce knew that he could sell a quality product for less money than the competition. We install push piles which uses the weight of the house to install the pile into the ground. The depth encountered can range from a few feet to our metroplex record of 85 feet deep! Although there is no way to sugarcoat what we do, foundation repair is messy. We have learned ways to "contain" our mess.

I wish all companies were this wonderful! Bruce was great in communicating with us every step of the way. He was onsite every day, the work crew were amazing, and when they left, you didn't know any foundation work was done. They cleaned up better than I would have done. We had several piers installed over 3 days and the team of workers were professional and neat. When the job was done, they returned the yard to its original condition. They left no mounds of dirt, no discarded materials etc. The foundation was lifted as planned and we are very pleased. Bruce Skinner was easy to talk to, able to explain what was happening, and fielded a top notch team. I recommend these folks do your foundation work if and when the occasion arises.

We (like many in North Texas) have dealt with seasonal movement of our foundation resulting in recurring drywall cracks, tiles that worked loose over time, wood floors that would "pop" when walking on them, and doors that would stick at different times of the year. We finally got tired of patching and repatching the same issues year after year and hired SCS to stabilize our foundation. In 2016, SCS completed phase 1 of this project which consisted of exterior steel piers only. SCS did a fantastic job! We monitored the areas we locked down during phase 1 for about one year and saw that the foundation

Bruce, you and your guys did a great job and cleaned up everything before you left. I had a friend here a couple of hours after you left and he said if I had not pointed out where the work was done he would not have been able to tell.
