WeFixIt Garage Door & Gate began in 2010 with Danny and a truck (with a seat in the back for his dog, Desmo!). With a growing passion for garage doors, Danny settled in North Carolina to start WeFixIt with his childhood friend Jake. Over the years, we have become a locally-owned, family-operated business with a team that includes Danny's wife Jen, some talented technicians with over 30 years of experience, and stellar office staff.
Most times, depending on your location, we can send a technician out for an estimate or repair the same day you call. Providing you with an estimate for service is always free, no matter if it's in person, over FaceTime or Zoom, or via email. They were great. I ordered a whole new garage door through them and it was literally installed the NEXT DAY (they said that's unusual, but it happened and it blew my mind). All the quoting and estimates were done digitally with photos and by email, which was very convenient. They were patient with me while I asked a million questions and kept changing my mind about insulation, windows, window-placement etc. The coordinator person that I emailed with was very professional, very prompt to respond, and was generally a pleasure to work with.
