Our heat went out so we called them to come look at it. They hit me with an $87 service fee, then the tech left and never called with an estimate to repair or replace. Meanwhile, it's January and our heat is out. I called and asked them to just refund the service fee since they never did what they promised and she said the owner Donnie refused because they did come to my home. In addition, we had the inspect the unit before buying the house (about a year before it went out) and they said it was fine and looked great. One year later they're telling me it needs replaced

Barnhart Heat & Air is fast and friendly. We came home one weekend to a hot house and I immediately called Barnhart's. Royce came out like he was sitting around the corner. He found the problem quickly and checked to see if the part was still under warranty. Indeed the part was still under warranty and I paid a small deductible. Score! Royce went on to service the A/C. I keep records on all repairs and service calls. I'm proud to say I have used Barnhart Heat & Air several times and have not been disappointed. The fast friendly service of Barnhart Heat & Air provides an exceptional service at a reasonable price. Royce is fast and explains what he's doing. Occasionally, when there's a problem, he checks to see if the part is still under warranty. Honest, knowledgeable and friendly is how I would describe him. Extremely happy to see him come out so fast when we needed Air worked on that hot summer day. No hesitation in recommending Barnhart Heat & Air.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Corey came out and repaired our AC last week. Our home had not reached the temperature we had set the thermostat on the whole summer. Another guy had come to work on it and said it was just gonna be hot because we have too many windows but just a few hours after Corey left we were actually cold! Kudos to Corey & Barnhart Heat & Air!! CALL THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED YOUR A/C REPAIRED!!!!
