Mike Knight came out to walk the property for a new RV garage and shop. All he could talk about was how building materials had gone up in price and doom and gloom. After we walked the site he said he would put a cost estimate together. This project should be in the neighborhood of 110-140K. After he left the property I heard nothing from him. Several days went by and I called him to see what the status of the proposal was. He had put nothing together and blamed it on his subcontractors being so busy that they could not get back to him. He told me he would make some calls and get the proposal together

In 2016 we began construction of a new home in the Sawmill District of Albuquerque. Being first time home builders, Mike and Alexa Knight guided us through the process from concept to plans to ground breaking and completed construction of the home in less than a year.
The quality of construction and the ability of Mike and Alexa to ensure we had everything we needed or wanted in the home were excellent.
As an overall experience we give Lee Michael Homes an excellent rating. Mike and Alexa are a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone considering building a custom home.

Toured this house the first weekend of the parade of homes. The owners were very professional and the upgraded finishes really made the house stand out versus the other houses toured. It is easy to see why they took so many awards in the parade! They will be building my house in the very near future.

It's not everyday that a person adds onto their existing home. It is a big deal, and if not done correctly, could ruin the existing home as well as the addition.
After doing a lot of research, we hired Mike and Alexa Knight of Lee Michael Homes. Compared to the massive high homes that the Knights have built their reputation on, our addition was relatively small and I believe they did me a favor by taking on such a small project. With that said, their attention to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none, and we received an addition that turned out nicer than we could imagine
