Please read SAFARI's reviews first and avoid this company! Please read all of the reviews and complaints filed for Safari on BBB before proceeding. I actually called "Boise Best Lawn Care" after reading their positive reviews on Google. Kenny answered the phone and said "Safari." When I questioned the name of the company, he said he was recently bought out by Safari. I didn't take the next step and look up reviews of Safari. Mistake #1 on my part. However, my experience is very similar to several of the complaints filed with the BBB and reviews on Google for Safari

Critical: Punctuality
I called to set up a first time appointment a week in advance. On the day they were supposed to come out I called to make sure we were on the list. They said yes but couldn't give me a specific time frame of when. 5:30 pm rolls around and no one ever showed up. I am still unable to get ahold of anyone.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. No one showed up. Finally got Jeff on the phone and he said it was a scheduling mix up, bumped me to Friday. Friday came and went, no call, no show. Can't get anyone to return a call. That's a total fail, in my book. Very poor customer service, unethical business practices.

WOW! I was in a pinch and Boise's Best came right out and cut the grass, turned on my sprinkler and I have been hooked ever since! They are even going to do my Christmas lights! I must admit, I did call around after that first mowing and their price was better than most. One company had a better price, but they didn't trim or blow the grass clippings. Easy decision. Thanks!

Boise's Best Lawn Care is the Best! I have found a ton of great companies who can mow a good yard, act professional, and clean up well, but couple all that with the customer service and the availability to take a phone call and answer my questions has been the best! My lawn is green! I am happy. If there is one drawback, it's that I am unable to get a suntan like I would want.. But I let that slide 🙂
