The Association was officially organized and chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders on that date in 1960. The Association was formed so Home Builders and other professionals in the Home Building industry could work together and cooperate in promoting the industry, new homes, home remodeling, repairs and improvements, and other areas of interest to the Home Building community.
The Home Builders Association of Greenville is a leading advocate for the Home Building industry in the Upstate. We offer support to industry professionals, including education, public policy advocacy, professional development and networking opportunities. Our membership of 600 strong includes professionals in new home construction, home remodeling, real estate development, real estate sales/marketing, bankers and related businesses.
The Gallivan, White, & Boyd Legal Hotline offers direct access to a qualified attorney who can provide information on construction, real estate law and related matters. Our Job Board is a free service for Home Builders Association of Greenville members, spotlighting Upstate job openings in the home building industry.
