I talked to the owner on May 17th and told him my problem with my wall furnace. He asked me to text him my contact information to this same number and he would call me later that day with an appointment time. HE NEVER CALLED. Three days later I sent another text asking him if he was able to set up an appointment time and HE NEVER CALLED AGAIN. What kind of business is that who won't help customers in need?!
