I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado from Dale Murphy @ Payne Chevrolet. Dale was the kindest most helpful person! He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs.. I am very picky & know what I want, but he stuck by me every step of the way. He aslo got me a deal on a tonneau cover and running boards.

They responded in a positive manner for each of my requests! the lifetime warranty on the power train was a game changer for me because i have always been pleased with service department and am glad to continue all my service there! and the fact is , i live in Hendersonville about 40 minutes away from Payne Chevrolet!

I began my inquiry online through email. I was able to negotiate my deal, including trade value, through email giving the VIN number and several pictures of my trade. Once I agreed to purchase, my visit was spectacular! My truck was ready for delivery when I arrived and the team that assisted me was stellar! My sales consultant was Austin Wagnon. What a great guy he is! I found Austin to be genuine and honest and also knowledgeable and personable. His manager, Steve Russell was also a pleasure to deal with. My experience overall has been quite good. My only negative issue is with my corvette yesterday. And i apologize for my response in this mornings survey. I was in for an oil change and tire replacement. The service manager there took the time to explain how i brought my vehicle in at the right time to get the tires replaced. They were helpful and courteous. I've been bringing my vehicles in for about three years now and I've been satisfied every time.

We were looking for a new vehicle for the wife, so I called and spoke with Dale a salesman on Tuesday. The wife and I went over Wednesday afternoon and Dale had the Blazer ready for a test drive. The wife loved it. So the only thing left to do was to work out the trade and finances. Payne Chevrolet and their entire staff were amazing. We couldnt have ask for a better car buying experience. Terrible customer service - I had to call to get updates on my car. No one ever reached out to me. Then the team member handling my car forgot to have the headlights replaced until the day I was coming to get my car - and only because I specifically asked if it was done before I drove over to pick up it up. (Btw, all this last minute rushing to have my car ready was ridiculous considering my car had been sitting there, untouched, for over a week while they waited for a rocker panel to come in). The best part was discovering that my turn signal doesn't work now. So I have to bring my car back

My only key to my Chevy Cruze broke this morning and I called a dealer in Nashville who told me I would need to pay to have the car towed to their dealership. I called Payne and their parts department was extremely helpful. Tommy told me that I didn't need to tow my car if I had the transmitter with the metal key. When I arrived, Rick Gentry told me how to program the new transmitter since I didn't have my car on site, but then decided he would stop by my house later tonight to program the new transmitter since he lives in my town.

Very pleased with this dealership. I traded in my 11' Ford fusion and was given a great deal. I purchased my first new car through the dealership and was impressed by the efficiency of obtaining the vehicle from another state from Saturday and having it waiting on Monday for me clean as a whistle after work.
They assisted me in setting up on star and the bluetooth connectivity and had great follow up after a week!
