Depending on the circumstances, we may have to provide the complementary estimate after viewing the service area in person. Our service begins in very early spring with pre-emergent and weed control applications. The second spring step consists of pre-emergent and weed control applications and a blended slow-release fertilizer.
In the summer, we apply a light fertilizer, grub control treatment, and scout for grassy weeds. Our first fall step consists of another blended slow-release fertilizer to help your lawn recover from the heat of summer. The final fall step consists of a winterizer fertilizer guaranteed to improve root growth and create an early spring green.

The owner and operator of this business is not only amazing at what he does but he also is exactly what most are not these days when it comes to the services he provides to his customers. He takes great pride in doing a good job because he understands that his work speaks volumes to not only his customers but also to the rest of the world. The reason I chose his company was because I noticed how nice my neighbors yard looked and I wanted my yard to look nice too and my other neighbors have hired him as well so if you want quality work at a fair price this company is who you should call.

I just started using Keep It Up and Donald and Kendra. They are great people and do a fabulous job with my yard and always very prompt and great service. I hope to use them more this fall for aeration and some reseeding. I would highly recommend them and Keep It Up!!
