The staff at the Four Stars Jeep dealership, Henrietta, TX, went above and beyond when the electric power steering went out on our Jeep Cherokee as we were traveling through Henrietta, TX on our way to Colorado over Memorial Day weekend 2021. Although the service department had already closed, Mary, Dustin, and the service tech (sorry I didn’t get his name) stayed late, got the problem fixed, and we were back on the road in under two hours. What a relief! A big thank you to Four Stars and their friendly, capable, caring staff.

I looked everywhere for a specific Jeep and they found it for me and within 2 days of talking , signed and drove away with the Jeep of my dreams!!! Recently picked up a RAM 2500 from this dealership and the staff has been great from start to finish. The service center is very friendly, too, which is usually where many dealerships lack in customer service. Not here! I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here if you're living in this area.
