I have worked with Rize Construction for many years on multiple projects. They take pride in their work and treat their clients and subcontractors with respect. They go above and beyond to give the client multiple options and solutions to the many construction road blocks that often occur on any construction remodel project. They do not point fingers , rather they work for a fast and affordable solution to keep the project moving forward. Our initial estimate was $60K and it ended up skyrocketing to double that by the end of the project. They really ramp up the costs here. I've seen several others with the same experience. We explained that this was outside our month-to-month budget, and offered to split up payments over 3 months to make this work for us. Wendy was not flexible on this, but I insisted this was the only way. I made our first payment the 1st of November. From Nov 3 - 7 I was out of office. When I returned, I find she emailed me twice over the course of two days asking for payment, the latter of which was bringing

Rize is truly amazing construction company they are so good at what they do I truly thank god we found them! They built our nail salon and it turn out every better than I imagine! I would recommend them 💯 they did it in the timing they said they would! Larry the super attendant was amazing the guy was on top of everything and very organized!!!!!!!!

Rize, from the very beginning, was absolutely fantastic. If you want a contractor that is transparent, kind, professional, and easy to communicate with, Rize is your contractor. With some hiccups in the beginning with our funding and disorganization on our bank's part, Rize didn't hesitate to step up and make sure we had everything we needed at every step of the way so our project didn't get delayed. Rize Construction did a multi million dollar renovation project, they were excellent about communication, the work was completed within our timeline and budget. We hired them for a second project to renovate a space so we could have a locker system installed, this project required very precise measurements they nailed it!!! Referred them to another property for a major project. Would definitely work with RIZE Construction again.

These guys used to do residential and got very good at thieving back then. Since being in commercial they have built a state wide reputation of doing poor, slow work and not paying sub contractors. Be very aware of these deficiencies when Rize sends you an extremely low bid. They run off of low profit margins knowing they can then feed off of the sub contractors.

For those of you who may be looking for an OUTSTANDING company to build your deck, look no further!
From start to finish, this company provided professional advice, knew their products, and worked with me from the design phase all the way through to the beautifuly completed project. In addition, they had to work closely with the county inspector and it was obvious that they were building on or above specks.
They completed two decks for me, ON TIME, AND ON BUDGET!
Seriously, don't bother looking anywhere else. You'll be pleased with the results.
