Great customer service!! With supply chain issues, I was in need of a Murphy cabinet bed for the holiday season. I called a number of places - none available. :-( I then called Day and Night Furniture directly and was connected to Neil at Kids 2 Teen Bedrooms. He had the Murphy cabinet style and color I wanted in a warehouse in NC. I bought it! When the piece came to the store 5 days before my company arrived, the bottom was damaged. Sean contacted me and made sure I would have a Murphy bed - take a higher priced different style and color for the price I paid, get the top I wanted with a different

Not the best place to go to if you ask me! The people there didn't even bother to come and great me once I walked in! One was busy on the phone and the other answered my questions from far! Also the prices kind of make no sense pretty expansive if you asked me. Go somewhere else

There is only 1 person working and 6 people in line. The beds don't even fit a teen and is more like a bed store for little kids. I also saw half the customers LEAVE the store because of its bas service.

Good selection, too bad they completely botched the order and delivery. Wrong colors, missing items. The finish color is clearly marked on the box, how hard is it to read? and there was damage to some of the drawers.

Pricy but high quality products. Limited (slightly crammed in) in-store stock but plenty available to browse for delivery in their catalogs. Not the most personable staff, but not terrible either. Won't be my first choice for future furniture purchases.

The store opens at 11 (which is unusally late to me) but when I got there at 11:20, it was closed and when I knocked real hard and wait for few minutes, finally someone came and opened the door. When you enter the store, you see the signs saying that the price is cheaper than online, but that is such like. Everything in there is unnecessarily expensive and people are very unprofessional. I would not go there again.

Two weeks ago I walked in to the Rockville branch of this company. I was immediately greeted by Beverlee. She was such a lovely salesperson and the store had an amazing selection to choose from. She walked me through the entire decision process for my daughter's bedroom furniture. There were so many options to look at but Beverlee was so patient with me and helped me choose the right furniture for our needs.
The furniture was just delivered yesterday and the quality is wonderful. It looks great and my daughter couldn't be happier.
